    Accuratek maintains strict standards when we work with personal information. The information we collect when you sign up for our app allows us to provide customer support, assist you in the use of the app and determine what coverage we can offer you. We may also use your personal information to contact you about important notices, such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies. We will never disclose your personal information without your consent.

  • What happens if you lose your phone? Is your data still secure?

    We strongly recommend that you secure all your mobile devices with a passcode whether you have Accuratek app or not. A passcode on your device is the first line of defense to protect your personal information. In the unfortunate situation where your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend you reset your passcode by contacting our customer support.

  • How do we handle fraud?

    We take fraud very seriously and have many measures in place to safeguard against fraud. With Accuratek, you can expect all of the anti-fraud measures that you would see from other insurance companies, plus a few extra that grow out of our DNA as an innovative tech company.
